Point of information, please?

Transgender female dies of silicone shot
(Thanks to WND for the heads up.)

Is a "transgender female" a male pretending to be a female, or vice versa? (Ha! "Vice" versa! Get it?)

Patricio Gonzalez, 45, was hospitalized June 19 after being injected with silicone along with five other transgender females, officials said.

Since Patricio is a man's name, I'll go with that.

May God have mercy on his soul.
