Massacre Anniversary of the Day

Where were you ten years ago?

Today is the tenth anniversary of the massacre of about 8,000 Moslem men and boys in Srebrenica by the cowardly Serbs.

BTW, who was in charge of our war in the Balkans ten years ago?
