It seems Pope Francis needs to brush up on his Tertullian!

It has been reported (in The ChristLast Media, I must note) that the current Pope does not like the phrase "lead us not into temptation...

"Let no freedom be allowed to novelty, because it is not fitting that any addition should be made to antiquity. Let not the clear faith and belief of our forefathers be fouled by any muddy admixture." -- Pope Sixtus III

Senator Token Update.

Rising Democratic star Barack Obama has climbed into a statistical tie with Hillary Rodham Clinton in the 2008 race for the White House, according to a poll released yesterday.

The Rasmussen Reports national poll shows the front-running Clinton's once-huge lead has evaporated, as 22 percent of likely Democratic primary voters favor the former first lady, compared to 21 percent who back Obama.

The survey found older Democrats stick with the name they know, Clinton, while Democrats under 50 flock to the fresh-faced Obama, a 45-year-old first-term senator from Illinois.

John Edwards, the Democrats' 2004 vice-presidential candidate, checked in at third, with 15 percent, while 2000 presidential candidate Al Gore pulled in 7 percent to place fourth.

Meanwhile, a new Zogby poll spelled more bad news for Clinton, showing her tied for third with former Iowa Gov. Tom Vilsack - at 16 percent - in a survey of likely Iowa Caucus goers. Edwards (27 percent) was first, and Obama (17 percent) was second.

About Me

My photo
First of all, the word is SEX, not GENDER. If you are ever tempted to use the word GENDER, don't. The word is SEX! SEX! SEX! SEX! For example: "My sex is male." is correct. "My gender is male." means nothing. Look it up. What kind of sick neo-Puritan nonsense is this? Idiot left-fascists, get your blood-soaked paws off the English language. Hence I am choosing "male" under protest.
