Whatever happened to...

...the deadly scourge that was acid rain? (Eek!)

The same "cap and trade" program that eased the acid rain program during the 1990s can work to reduce greenhouse gases that cause global warning. Ten U.S. industry executives want the program to start, but the Bush administration is sticking by a "voluntary" program.
