We are working on our third Lost Generation in a row, kiddies, and there isn't enough goodness out there to turn it around. Even public humiliation [Live on TV!] and corporal punishment of these children and their parents would be too little and way too late.

Bus Monitor Bullied By Students

The clip of Karen Klein, being mercilessly tormented on the bus ride home by unseen creatures resembling young humans, went up earlier this week and has logged more than 3.9 million views.

An Internet benefactor from Toronto, Max Sidorov, created a fundraising site to give Klein the "vacation of a lifetime." Klein, who worked as a bus driver in the Greece Central School District for 20 years prior to becoming a monitor three years ago, is said to earn $15,506 a year.

The total is now $655,640 with 24 days left for people to contribute. There are easily enough guilty consciences out there to make it an even $1 million.
