Senate confirms Alito to Court with 58-42 vote

Samuel Anthony Alito Jr., the son of an Italian immigrant and a longtime lawyer, prosecutor and judge, has become the 110th Supreme Court justice, confirmed with a 58-42 Senate vote.

Bless and protect him Lord. He's going to need it.
