Non-compensated Plug of the Day

Best athletic shoe (none dare call them sneakers): Asics cross-trainers.

I'm not so keen on their running shoes, though I do own a pair. Of course, it is entirely possible the fault lies with me. According to the old knees on the wall, it may be time to stop running.

First of all, the word is SEX, not GENDER. If you are ever tempted to use the word GENDER, don't. The word is SEX! SEX! SEX! SEX! For example: "My sex is male." is correct.
