It's the Truth In Music Advertising Act! The next time John Kay and Steppenwolf play your hamlet, you can be sure one of the ancient rockers on stage was actually in the original Steppenwolf at some point. (It might even be John Kay!) I know I'll sleep better at night. And so will the Chi-Lites.
