In order to help us all get through the latest bout of global warming/nuclear winter/climate change/alien abduction/yeti infestation/global flattening, here are some smoking hot redheads, yet another reason why it is stupid for mohammedans to try to kill us or enslave us.

Have you ever noticed how the British are always on the cutting edge of perversion?
From Roto-Reuters via Yahoo News:
Britain votes to allow world's first ' three-parent babies
Britain voted on Tuesday to become the first country to allow a
"three-parent" IVF technique which doctors say will prevent some
inherited incurable diseases but which critics see as a step towards
creating designer babies.
The treatment is known as "three-parent" in vitro fertilisation (IVF)
because the babies, born from genetically modified embryos, would have
DNA from a mother, a father and from a female donor.
It
is designed to help families with mitochondrial diseases, incurable
conditions passed down the maternal line that affect around one in 6,500
children worldwide.
After an emotionally
charged 90-minute debate that some lawmakers criticised as being too
short for such a serious matter, parliament voted 382 to 128 in favour
of the technique, called mitochondrial donation.
The
vote paves the way for a medical world first for Britain -- which along
with the United States has been at the forefront of scientific research
on the treatments -- but one that is fiercely disputed by some
religious groups and other critics.
The
process involves intervening in the fertilisation process to remove
mitochondria, which act as tiny energy-generating batteries inside
cells, and which, if faulty, can cause inherited conditions such as
fatal heart problems, liver failure, brain disorders, blindness and
muscular dystrophy.
Mitochondrial DNA is
separate from DNA found in the cell nucleus and does not affect human
characteristics such as hair or eye colour, appearance or personality
traits.
"I wouldn't stand here and defend the
concept of designer babies -- choosing the colour of the eyes and all
the rest of it. This is about purely dealing with those terrible,
terrible illnesses," opposition Labour lawmaker Andrew Miller, chair of
parliament's science and technology committee, told the debate.
Said the fool from the middle of the slippery slope.
International
charities, advocacy groups and scientists had urged Britain to pass
laws to allow the treatment, saying it brought a "first glimmer of hope"
for some families of having a baby who could live without suffering.
"We
have finally reached a milestone in giving women an invaluable choice,
the choice to become a mother without fear of passing on a lifetime
under the shadow of mitochondrial disease to their child," Robert
Meadowcroft, chief executive of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, said
following the vote.
In
an open letter to lawmakers, 11 international campaign groups,
including the U.S. United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation, described
the condition as "unimaginably cruel".
"It
strips our children of the skills they have learned, inflicts pain that
cannot be managed and tires their organs one by one until their little
bodies cannot go on any more," they wrote.
Lawmakers
were given a free vote on the issue, and Prime Minister David Cameron's
spokesman said the British leader had voted to support it, adding it
was not "about playing God".
Said the dumbass politician with the god complex.
"He has a
particular sympathy with those parents whose children are born with very
serious illnesses, that in nearly all cases end their lives
prematurely," the spokesman said, referring to Cameron's son Ivan who
suffered from cerebral palsy and severe epilepsy and died aged six in
2009.
Proposed new laws allowing the
treatments to be carried out in Britain still have to be approved by the
upper house, which commentators expect to endorse parliament's support.
Gillian
Lockwood, medical director of Midland Fertility clinic and a
reproductive ethicist, urged the scientists developing the techniques to
continue "to educate and reassure those who continue to have
anxieties".
The Bishops Conference of England
and Wales said the Church opposed the destruction of human embryos as
part of the process and hoped treatments for mitochondrial disease could
be found.
"The human embryo is a new human
life with potential; it should be respected and protected from the
moment of conception and not used as disposable material," Bishop John
Sherrington said in a statement.
Other
critics say the technique will lead to the creation of genetically
modified "designer babies", with Conservative lawmaker Fiona Bruce
saying it would amount to letting "the genie out of the bottle".
"Where
will it lead? The answer has to be that we stop here. The answer has to
be that we say this is a red line in our country, as in every other
country in the world, that we will not cross," she said during the
debate.

Welcome to the slippery slope, you stupid sheep.
From New York Magazine comes another tale of modern [and ancient - get it? So much subtlety and so little time.] "love":
What It's Like to Date Your Dad
I'd make another Fifty Spades of Shit joke here - you know, "daddy" and "spanking" and stuff like that, but I can't see my keyboard for the tears.
In the late '80s, the founder of a support group for adopted children who had recently reconnected with their biological relatives coined the term “Genetic Sexual Attraction” (GSA) to describe the intense romantic and sexual feelings that she observed occurring in many of these reunions. According to an article in The Guardian, experts estimate that these taboo feelings occur in about 50 percent of cases where estranged relatives are reunited as adults (GSA’s discoverer had herself become attracted to the son she’d adopted out when she met him 26 years later, but her feelings were not reciprocated).Though the research is scarce, those who have studied GSA offer a range of possible explanations for it, including a primordial feeling of always having “belonged” to the estranged relative, a sense of wanting to experience the bonding missed out on during childhood, or simply an overwhelming closeness based on similarities: like meeting a mate who was designed for you in a science lab. Perhaps GSA accounts for Kevin Gates’s attraction to his first cousin.
Consensual incest between fathers and their daughters remains the least reported and perhaps the most taboo sort of GSA relationship. Keith Pullman, who runs a marriage equality blog, has personally talked to over 20 GSA couples and notes that he’s only had a few father-daughter couples speak out, speculating that many of them fear that others will assume the daughter must have been abused in childhood (it should be said that when these unions lead to children, those children can face potentially serious difficulties as a result of the genetic implications of incest, even if some online communities downplay these risks).
Here, an 18-year-old woman from the Great Lakes region describes her romantic relationship of almost two years with the biological father she met after 12 years of estrangement.
What was your family like when you were growing up?My parents had me when they were 18 — they met in high school and I was conceived on prom night. They were serious for about six months but broke up while my mom was still pregnant with me. My dad wasn’t there when I was born. I think my mom’s psychological problems meant the relationship never really worked out. She has bipolar disorder and some other mental health issues. They just weren’t happy and didn’t really keep in contact after I was born. She wanted to do it alone. When she’s manic it’s hard to know what she’s going to say. After I was born she had a nervous breakdown and couldn’t take care of me, so I lived with her grandparents until I was about 2. I think that’s part of the reason we’ve never been close: We didn’t bond when I was a baby.
Did you have any contact with your father when you were a child? He briefly came back into my life when I was about 3 or 4 and I saw him on weekends until I was about 5. He lived about an hour away from us and my parents constantly argued about visitation. He was always doing the drive to see me because my mom wasn’t very fond of it — she wouldn’t even meet him halfway.
Can you remember much from your time with your dad when you were little?I have some memories. He spoiled me rotten. I had this giant storage tote of Barbie dolls and I had my own Mary-Kate and Ashley bedroom. It was a little girl’s dream. We’d sit in the yard blowing bubbles together, and he took me to the zoo where he bought me a stuffed animal that I kept until I was 16. I ended up washing it and stupidly put it in the dryer, which melted all its fur. I remember he gave me a miniature tea set. I still have it.
So then there was zero contact or word from him? When I was about 15 he emailed my mom saying he’d like to see me. I vividly remember the moment she told me. I said I missed him and wouldn’t mind seeing him. She asked me how I could miss someone I hadn’t been with for such a long time. But what I missed was a fatherly figure. My mom’s always picked the wrong guy out of the crowd and she’s had a couple of divorces. I’m still not really close with my current stepfather even though they’ve been together for ten years. For whatever reason, my father and I didn’t end up meeting for two more years, so there was no contact for 12 years — we were reunited when I was 17.
So what were your feelings toward him when you were growing up? Did you think about him much?I’d wonder where he was, what he was doing. Why haven’t I seen him or heard from him? What did my mom do? What did he do? What did I do? My abandonment issues really hit when I was a teenager. My mom and my stepfather took a break because they were fighting so much and I cried the entire time he was gone. I missed him, which was weird because we didn’t have much of a relationship. I asked myself, Why am I crying over someone I’m not even close to?
Do you think it triggered the abandonment you felt from your own dad?Yeah. I think I was subconsciously replaying what I’d been through.
How many stepfathers have you had?Near the end of the time my parents had joint custody of me I had a stepdad. He took good care of my mom but she went through one of her stages again, so it ended. She had another husband who went crazy and tried to kill her. He was schizophrenic. Then she got with my brother’s dad and they dated for a while but when my brother was born the dad didn’t want anything to do with him, so I helped my mom raise him. Once he was about 3 she got together with my current stepdad and had my baby sister. My brother and I are 9 years apart and my sister is 12 years younger than me. I think of them as my brother and sister, and I also think of them as my babies because I helped raise them.
Why didn’t your father try to get in touch with you?
My mom said that he didn’t want to have anything to do with me. But she was very controlling and kept me under Fort Knox–like conditions. She’s had my Facebook password since I’ve had an account. One day, after I got my Facebook privileges back, he added me as a friend. At first, I figured it was my grandpa because they have very similar names. I thought, Maybe Grandpa got techy?
Then I realized it was my dad. I was like, Oh my God, where have you been? I don’t know if I can get close to you. I told him I thought he was dead and asked why it took him so long to contact me. He said he’d been adding me on Facebook but I’d always decline his requests. But that was my mom controlling my account. After we reunited, he showed me emails he’d sent trying to contact me.
What happened next?We chitchatted online for a few days and found out we were similar. We shared the same favorite TV shows — The Simpsons and The Big Bang Theory — and we both love to draw. He came to see me about a week later. You wouldn’t have believed we hadn’t been around each other for 12 years. The idea of “getting to know him” seemed strange because we are so much alike. He came and hung out all day and then I asked to come spend a week with him — he lived in a small town about 30 minutes away. I think my mom knew I was going to move out and it really was getting to the point where I needed to escape, she was so controlling.
Has she always been that way?
Not when I was younger — she was going through a wild stage and she wanted to be more of a friend than a mother. She was still in her 20s and she worked at a bar. When I turned 13, she cracked down military-style. I didn’t have a voice and I had to do everything she asked, just to keep the peace.
Did you date when you were a teenager?
I didn’t really have a social life. I stayed home a lot because my mom didn’t trust me, and most of the kids my age were hooked on heroin, so it was hard to find friends. I lived in such a small town where there was nothing to do. In fifth grade I dated a boy for two years. But one night he got drunk and had sex with a girl who ended up pregnant. It fucked everything up. I told him he had to go and be with this girl and take care of the kid.
She ended up falling asleep with a cigarette in her mouth and their house burned down, so she left town with the kid and never came back. I supported him through that and we ended up half-ass dating, then my mom found letters we had written to each other about making out. She said things were getting too serious and sexual and took me out of class and homeschooled me for a while.
Did you have sex with that boyfriend? No. I had a girlfriend in middle school and that was the most major sexual experience I’d ever had. But she was very religious and every time we were intimate she would sob and read me verses out of the Bible. It made me feel like I’d hurt her. The second time we did it she cried and said we’d done something wrong and she was worried her grandmother would find out. I was done after that. No more crying, and no more Bible transcripts. She had me in tears because I felt so guilty.
How do you define your sexuality?I’ve always identified as bisexual.
So can you remember what it was like the moment you and your dad were reunited? Was there an instant attraction? It was so weird and confusing. I was seeing my dad for the first time in forever but it was also like, He’s so good-looking! And then I was like, What the hell are you thinking? What is wrong with you? I saw him as my dad but then also part of me was like, I’m meeting this guy who I have been talking to over the internet and really connecting with and I find him attractive.
Was there a single moment you realized that you were sexually and romantically attracted to your dad? After I had stayed with him for about five days.
What happened? He was living with his girlfriend. On the first night he slept on the couch and I slept on the floor, just to make sure that I was okay.
Why was that?
Sleeping in new places makes me very anxious so I asked him to stay with me in case I had one of the terrible nightmares I usually experience. The second night I had him sleep on the couch again and then the third night I fell asleep with him on the floor lying on his chest, in his arms. The fourth night rolled around and we ended up on the floor again. This time we actually cuddled. When he woke up, we were spooning. I didn’t know this at the time but later, after we admitted our feelings, he told me he had had “morning wood” and had gone to fix it.
Did you feel it?No, I was asleep and he quietly snuck off to the bathroom.
Do you mean he went to masturbate? No, he just went to pee. He didn’t want me to see that he had an erection. Later that day, we went shopping because I had grown out of all my shorts, so I asked him if he could buy me some new ones. I was trying them on and asked him how I looked and he said I looked good and I felt like I was picking up on something more, but I pushed it out of my head. That night we were play-wrestling in the room I was going to sleep in and I bit him. He was wearing a pair of basketball shorts and a tank top and after I bit him I could see goose bumps pop up from his toes to his shoulders. Then he pinched my inner thigh and I got goose bumps.
We stopped and said that we didn’t know what was going on but admitted that we had strong feelings for each other. We discussed whether it was wrong and then we kissed. And then we made out, and then we made love for the first time. That was when I lost my virginity.
Did you tell him you were a virgin?Yes. I told him I wanted him to be the first person I made love to. We talked about how it could be awkward if it didn’t end up working out. He also said that if I didn’t feel comfortable at any point I should tell him.
What was it like?
There’s a reason I lost my virginity to him — because I’d never felt comfortable with any other man. It was insanely sensual. It lasted for about an hour and there was a lot of foreplay. We both had orgasms. We are so similar, so it’s so easy to sexually please each other. For example, we both love neck-biting. I’ve never been in a more passionate, loving, fulfilling situation.
Even the first time, because often it’s not the best sexual experience …
That’s what I said! I’d heard that it would hurt so I was expecting pain, but we were both so careful with each other. I think it was also a good experience because most guys my age are only interested in having sex with you. I could tell that wasn’t the case with him.
I’m curious, given the age gap and the perceived power dynamic, did you feel forced or coerced at all?Absolutely not. He made sure I wanted to do it. We both initiated it and he kept asking me if I was okay, not because he thought I was distressed but because he wanted me to know that we could stop at any point. It was like any other man and woman having sex after they had each admitted their feelings.
What was it like afterward? It wasn’t weird at all. It felt so natural. It didn’t even feel taboo. I felt like I had just made love with a man who I’d been with for years.
There's more, but why bother? See what happens when we allow perverts to redefine marriage?

FUCK the murderous mohammedans, FUCK the God-haters at Charlie Hebdo, and FUCK the sanctimonius, hypocritical French.
1) "FUCK the murderous mohammedans"
Obviously. You can't be allowed to murder people who disagree with you, even if they are...
2) "FUCK the God-haters at Charlie Hebdo"
...left-fascist haters of Love Itself. I have nothing against the cartoons that sparked
The Great Cartoon War,but this Charlie Hebdo stuff is something other than a political protest and I won't be posting it here. Suffice it to say that bestiality isn't funny or clever.
3) "FUCK the sanctimonius, hypocritical French"
Free speech and the French? Don't make me laugh. It is illegal in the Frog Republic to try to persuade someone not to have an abortion.
From EuroNews:
Dieudonné: freedom of expression is no joke in France
French comic Dieudonne is expected in court on Wednesday to answer to charges of ‘apology for terrorism’ after appearing to praise the suspect who killed four people in a kosher supermarket in Paris, Amédy Coulibaly by writing “Je me sens Charlie Coulibaly” (I feel like Charlie Coulibaly) on his Facebook page.
It came on the same day as millions of people stood behind the motto “JeSuisCharlie” at rallies across France following the deadly Charlie Hebdo attack. The message generated a wave of angry responses online and was referred to the police.Dieudonné is well known in France and is a particularly divisive figure. He already stirred controversy last year over his signature gesture, the “Quenelle”, a modified Nazi-style salute. His comedy tour was cancelled last year as a threat to public order. He also has a long history of heading to court for judgements on various anti-semitic statements.
The latest incident has opened up debate about freedom of expression and where to draw the line. In the wake of the attacks, the defence of free speech took on a quasi-religious status and yet it is well defined in French law. Supporters of Dieudonné have claimed France has double standards when it comes to freedom of expression. The cartoonists of the satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo have lampooned various religious and political figures over the years, but have never been charged. Muslim organisations did attempt to take the magazine to court over the reprinting of cartoons depicting the Prophet Mohammed in 2007 but the court ruled it did not constitute inciting racial hatred. To understand why Dieudonné has fallen foul of French law on freedom of expression we take a look at the comic’s previous cases and how the law defines and limits speech...
From Washington's other newspaper:
In France, a growing debate over why some speech is protected and some isn't

Our moral and intellectual superiors think hitting girls is a good thing.
Yes, kiddies, Okra Whingefree, Dr. Spill, the Today Show and the entire Media-Pervert Complex is pushing the Fifty Spades of Shit movie, which is a sick attempt to legitimize the abuse of women. All evil men and sexually dysfunctional women thank them for their efforts. [Extra special thanks from the perverts for the marketing campaign that's targeting young girls. "Ooooh! Pain is sooooooo romantic!"]
No, ladies, it isn't harmless fantasy in pursuit of the Almighty Orgasm. It is a sickness of the soul. There aren't any super-rich, too-pretty-to-be-heterosexual geniuses out there who are going to tell you how to live every moment of your life and get you off with just a glance [and a bit of blunt force trauma, of course]. You are being manipulated by perverts who want to turn your God-given beauty into a blow-up doll, which all real men know is a jerk off toy and not a "marital aid".
A real man won't hit you and call it love. And a real, healthy woman doesn't need to get hit. In fact, a real woman would put two bullets in the head of any man who tried to tie her and beat her. [I know. I love such a woman more than I love my own life.] In fact, the release of this cinematic crime is a wonderful opportunity for real men to buy their wives and daughters guns [before the Jug-eared Jackass outlaws them] and shooting lessons. Just imagine how much better the world would be if some old-timey French babe had taken a blunderbuss to the Marquis De Sade and gone all Chris Kyle [May God have mercy on his brave soul.] on his ass...
That reminds me...Guys, take your ladies to see American Sniper . Girls make really good shooters. They have fewer preconceived notions about guns and don't automatically assume they know how to handle a gun like boys often do.
While waiting for your background check and your popcorn with extra butter, go to endsexualexploitation.org/fiftyshadesgrey and learn other ways to stop this madness.

When even the commie-symp wimps at NY Mag think the left-fascists have gone too far, you know we're in real trouble.
From New York Magazine:
California's Radical College-Sex-Law Experiment
The Democratic Party has built what looks like a stable and demographically expanding national electoral majority. [Hee-hee. What a difference a couple of weeks make. Check out a brand new headline from this craptastic publication:
The Democrats Have Two Choices Now: Gridlock or Annihilation - F.G.]
But coalitions can come unglued, and eventually, all of them do, when their policies fail or their elected officials push them too far from the center of public opinion. If you want to see glimmerings of this future unraveling of the Democratic coalition, look where the future is so often found: in California. There Governor Jerry Brown has recently signed an “affirmative consent law,” which requires all sexual activity among college students to obtain “affirmative, conscious, and voluntary agreement” and requires such consent be “ongoing throughout a sexual activity.” It is a massive broadening of the legal definition of rape, and a new blow in the culture wars that will likely reverberate in ways liberals have barely begun to contemplate.
Critics like Michelle Goldberg, Batya Ungar-Sargon, and Cathy Young have questioned the practicality of this new standard. “Do moans count as consent?” writes Goldberg, “How about a nod, or a smile, or meaningful eye contact? If a woman performs oral sex on a man without asking him first, and if he simply lies back and lets her, has she, by the law’s definition, assaulted him?”
Tara Culp-Ressler, arguing along similar lines, proposes that the law is “about broadly reorienting about how we approach sex in the first place … The current societal script on sex assumes that passivity and silence — essentially, the 'lack of a no' — means it’s okay to proceed.”
It surely is possible to imagine that sex that comports with these new guidelines is sexy, or even more sexy than the kind most people have now. Yet one might find these ideas about reimagining sex attractive, as I do, while still having deep reservations about codifying them into law. The fact that we need to change cultural attitudes about sex itself underscores the fact that cultural attitudes about sex lie well outside the contours established by the state of California. What percentage of the last decade worth of Hollywood sex scenes, if acted out between college students in California, would technically constitute rape? A majority? Ninety percent?
Deprogramming and reorienting societal ideas about sex is an evolutionary process. California isn't merely attempting to set out to nudge the culture in this direction. It is reclassifying all sex that falls outside those still-novel ideas as rape. A law premised on this sort of sweeping, wholesale change is likely to fail.
Indeed, the law’s advocates don’t uniformly believe its written standards will actually be followed at all. This defense by Amanda Marcotte is telling: “The law has no bearing on the vast majority of sexual encounters. It only applies when a student files a sexual assault complaint.” So the law will not come into play because nobody will actually try to enforce it. Instead, it will technically deem a large proportion of sexual encounters to be rape, but prosecutors will only enforce it if there is an accusation. And since most, and possibly nearly all, sexual encounters will legally be rape, then accusation will almost automatically result in conviction.
Indeed, this may be the point. Culp-Ressler dismisses concerns about convictions of innocent people. (“In reality, false rape allegations are very rare, comprising about two to eight percent of all reports.”) Two to 8 percent seems like a fairly high number of innocent people to convict as rapists, and of course that proportion could well rise quite a bit under a legal regime that expands the definition of rape in ways that are both extremely broad and extremely confusing.Obviously, failing to convict a guilty rapist is bad, too. There is no downside-free resolution that would avoid unfairness one way or another.
But people have certain intuitive beliefs about justice. If most college students today do not think that sex without continuous, affirmative consent is actually rape, and there is a law in place rendering it as such, soon enough, somebody is going to be prosecuted under these terms. And that person will become a victim of a standard of justice that offends the moral sensibilities of a large number of Americans, which is directly attributable to the actions of California’s elected Democratic officials. What will the law’s defenders do then?

Meet the father of the Iranian atomic bomb, Badcock Hussein Ebola!
We need more real men like Charles Krauthammer.
From Washington's other newspaper:
Charles Krauthammer: 'Sucker's deal'
A president desperate to change the subject and a secretary of state desperate to make a name for himself are reportedly on the verge of an “interim” nuclear agreement with Iran. France called it a “sucker’s deal.” France was being charitable.
The only reason Iran has come to the table after a decade of contemptuous stonewalling is that economic sanctions have cut so deeply — its currency has collapsed, inflation is rampant — that the regime fears a threat to its very survival.
Don’t worry, we are assured. This is only an interim six-month agreement to “build confidence” until we reach a final one. But this makes no sense. If at this point of maximum economic pressure we can’t get Iran to accept a final deal that shuts down its nuclear program, how in God’s name do we expect to get such a deal when we have radically reduced that pressure?
A bizarre negotiating tactic. And the content of the deal is even worse. It’s a rescue package for the mullahs.
It widens permissible trade in oil, gold and auto parts. It releases frozen Iranian assets, increasing Iran’s foreign-exchange reserves by 25 percent while doubling its fully accessible foreign-exchange reserves. Such a massive infusion of cash would be a godsend for its staggering economy, lowering inflation, reducing shortages and halting the country’s growing demoralization. The prospective deal is already changing economic expectations. Foreign oil and other interests are reportedly preparing to reopen negotiations for a resumption of trade in anticipation of the full lifting of sanctions.
And for what? You’d offer such relief in return for Iran giving up its pursuit of nuclear weapons. Isn’t that what the entire exercise is about?
And yet this deal does nothing of the sort. Nothing. It leaves Iran’s nuclear infrastructure intact. Iran keeps every one of its 19,000 centrifuges — yes, 19,000 — including 3,000 second-generation machines that produce enriched uranium at five times the rate of the older ones.
Not a single centrifuge is dismantled. Not a single facility that manufactures centrifuges is touched. In Syria, the first thing the weapons inspectors did was to destroy the machines that make the chemical weapons. Then they went after the stockpiles. It has to be that way. Otherwise, the whole operation is an exercise in futility. Take away just the chemical agents, and the weapons-making facilities can replace them at will.
Yet that’s exactly what we’re doing with Iran. It would deactivate its 20 percent enriched uranium, which besides being chemically reversible, is quickly replaceable because Iran retains its 3.5 percent enriched uranium, which can be enriched to 20 percent in less than a month.
Result: Sanctions relief that leaves Iran’s nuclear infrastructure untouched, including — and this is where the French gagged — the plutonium facility at Arak, a defiant alternate path to a nuclear weapon.
The point is blindingly simple. Unless you dismantle the centrifuges and prevent the manufacture of new ones, Iran will be perpetually just a few months away from going nuclear. This agreement, which is now reportedly being drafted to allow Iran to interpret it as granting the “right” to enrich uranium, constitutes the West legitimizing Iran’s status as a threshold nuclear state.
Don’t worry, we are assured. The sanctions relief is reversible. Nonsense. It was extraordinarily difficult to cobble together the current sanctions. It took endless years of overcoming Russian, Chinese and Indian recalcitrance, together with foot-dragging from Europeans making a pretty penny from Iran.
Once the relaxation begins, how do you reverse it? How do you reapply sanctions? There is absolutely no appetite for this among our allies. And adding back old sanctions will be denounced as a provocation that would drive Iran to a nuclear breakout — exactly as Obama is today denouncing congressional moves to increase sanctions as a deal-breaking provocation that might lead Iran to break off talks.
The mullahs are eager for this interim agreement with its immediate yield of political and economic relief. Once they get it, we will have removed their one incentive to conclude the only agreement that is worth anything to us — a verifiable giving up of their nuclear program.
Brilliant.

Miss Bicondova, an accomplished dancer and actress [You can see her on Fox's Gotham ] is celebrated for her talent and grace because she lives in a civilized nation while her Iranian counterparts were arrested, tried, convicted, and sentenced to be whipped 91 times in the streets of Tehran as if they were animals.
It matters not that the munificent mullahs "suspended" this barbaric sentence because of international outrage. The lesson to be learned is this: If you are going to try to live as a free man or woman in a medieval fascist theocracy, record yourself and hope you get enough Youtube views to keep your hide intact.
[My humblest appy polly loggies to Miss Bicondava for using her performance in my idiot blog, but your humble narrator is really feeling his oats today, kiddies.]

Those who convinced Brittany Maynard her life was useless committed the greater sin.
The Death-Worshippers claim yet another victim.
From Roto-Reuters via Yahoo News:
Vatican official condemns Maynard assisted suicide case
A Vatican bioethics official on Tuesday condemned the death by assisted suicide of American Brittany Maynard, a terminally ill 29-year-old who ended her life over the weekend, as an undignified "absurdity".
Amen to that, Father.

Fyodor REALLY loves Lauren Hill.
Beauty, grace, courage, talent...what more could anyone want? Maybe a few more years...
From WABC-TV:
Lauren Hill, college player with brain tumor, fulfills basketball dream
Makes sense, since the freshman forward for Division III Mount St. Joseph's stirred a capacity crowd just by taking the court.
Much depends on Hill's health and energy as she deals with an inoperable brain tumor that has left her with just months to live. In between making two layups that started and finished Sunday's 66-55 victory over Hiram College and brought a crowd of 10,250 to its feet, she spent much of her inspiring game sitting on the bench wearing sunglasses and headphones.
Hill's condition has made her extremely sensitive to sensations her teammates and opposing players take for granted, but she still enjoyed the bright gym and the cheering crowd. And she certainly savored her two baskets on a day she will never forget.
"This game was amazing," Hill said. "It was awesome in every way. It's a dream come true. To play on a college court, to put my foot down on the floor and hear the roar of the crowd - I just love it so much. I love basketball.
"Everything that happened today was amazing. I'm truly happy, it's a really good day."
Hill made an uncontested left-handed layup for the opening basket off a bounce pass from redshirt sophomore Taylor Brown, who missed last season with a knee injury. The tumor affects Hill's coordination, forcing the right-hander to shoot with her left hand.
She also made the last shot of the game, returning with 26.5 seconds remaining for a right-handed layup.
"That's the one I've been having trouble with," Hill said.
Both shots were greeted with standing ovations from the sellout crowd at Xavier University's 10,000-seat arena, part of an emotional afternoon for Hill that included love and support from stars in several sports. Tennessee women's coach Pat Summitt was in attendance, along with an impressive list of WNBA players that included Elena Delle Donne, Delisha Milton-Jones, Tamika Catchings and Skylar Diggins.
"She lets you know what's important," Milton-Jones said of Hill.
Moved by the response - especially after receiving two awards, including the U.S. Basketball Writers Association's Pat Summitt Most Courageous Award normally awarded at the Final Four - Hill said of her disease: "We're gonna fight this."
Hill's determination to play while raising awareness about pediatric cancer has created a fan base that goes far beyond the school located on the outskirts of Cincinnati.
Please pray for Lauren and all the kiddies with cancer.
The 19-year-old native of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, has received support from across the country. Teams and players have signed and sent No. 22 jerseys to Hill, including 15 from high schools that lined the Lions' bench.
There were plenty of posters and supportive signs, and several fans held up large yellow cutouts that said "Lauren 22."
Hill started an online layup challenge that involves spinning around five times and shooting a layup with the non-dominant hand. Similar to this summer's ALS Ice Bucket Challenge that became a social media phenomenon, the fundraising campaign (#Layup4Lauren) has captured the attention of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton and other athletes.
The Bengals showed a video of her layup during a timeout in Sunday's 33-23 home win against Jacksonville. Defensive tackle Devon Still -whose daughter, Leah, 4, is also being treated for cancer - wore Hill's name on his eye black; left tackle Andrew Whitworth had the No. 22 on his gloves.
Videos were shown with teams meeting the challenge - with missed layups - and challenging others.
Fundraising by The Cure Starts Now Foundation totaled more than $40,000. The NCAA allowed the game to be moved up two weeks because of the urgency of Hill's condition.
Lauren Hildebrand and daughter Allie, a Lawrenceburg High School sophomore, were among 3,000 fans from Hill's hometown in attendance, including the school's pep band. Allie Hildebrand was Hill's "little sister" during the player's senior year and said handling her friend's illness was difficult.
"You can't cry in front of her," Hildebrand said. "You don't want to get upset in front of her. That makes her upset."
Tears were conspicuously absent in the arena on an upbeat day that celebrated Hill's perseverance. Mount St. Joseph's coach Dan Benjamin said things got emotional afterward, but Hill wasn't having it in a game she has waited for.
"She looked tired on the bus," Benjamin said, "but once she saw that floor, there was a ton of energy."
That was obvious when a smiling Hill entered the floor for warmups. Her mood lifted the spirits of several children enduring various forms of cancer. That included Cynthia Towne, 11, who undergoes periodic chemotherapy for an inoperable though less-aggressive form of cancer first diagnosed at 4.
The little girl from Cincinnati grinned widely as she gave Hill a specially made headband sporting the word "Believe" with a yellow ribbon in the middle. Encouraged by recent diagnoses for her daughter, Katie Towne said Sunday was nonetheless bittersweet.
"I'm happy for the joy of her getting her wish coming true, not only for raising awareness but also for being able to play in this game," Towne said of Hill. "But there's also sadness knowing that how much awareness she brings right now, she won't get to reap the benefits personally."
"That's what's amazing; she did this, knowing that," Towne said.

Meanwhile, Pennsylvania [like Scotland] chose slavery.
The totalitarian imperative is alive and well in the great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, however. We have elected everyone's favorite fascist chimera - the multimillionaire "friend of the little guy" who shall henceforth be known as Tom "Man Is Wolf to Man".
Our only hope is that the Repansycans in the the Legislature [who bear no small amount of blame for Corbett's failure] smack down this left-fascist toady early and often...but I'm not going to hold my breath.

When a priest sins, it IS worse.
Not because they are more than human, but because of the responsibility they bear.
IF Father Maurizio is guilty, he better get himself right with God before it is too late.
IF he is innocent, the same is true for his accusers.
From WTAE:
Catholic priest accused of traveling for sex with children
PITTSBURGH —A priest accused of traveling to Honduras to engage in sex with children while promoting missionary work with the poor there has been arrested by federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.
Documents reveal the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown and law enforcement agencies first learned of the allegations five years ago.
VIDEO: Watch Paul Van Osdol's report
Church officials, the Attorney General's Office and the FBI were all declining to comment Friday.
The Rev. Joseph Maurizio Jr., 69, spent two decades working with orphaned children in Central America. Homeland Security investigators say some of those same children were his victims.
"We see this very, very often with child-molesting Catholic clerics. They gravitate toward communities or countries where kids are especially vulnerable," said David Clohessy, national director of Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests (SNAP).
In July, an investigator interviewed several of Maurizio's alleged victims in Honduras.
In one case, court records say a victim known as John Doe 3 "observed Maurizio reach over, place his hand inside a minor boy's pants, and touch the minor boy's genital area."
That same victim said he saw "John Doe 2 and Maurizio engaging in sexual intercourse inside the chapel."
Two weeks ago, authorities searched the rectory of Our Lady Queen of Angels Church in Central City, Somerset County, where Maurizio is pastor, and found multiple images of child pornography. ICE agents also searched the farm where Maurizio lived in Windber.
The allegations against Maurizio first surfaced in 2009, when volunteers reported him to the diocese, the FBI and the state attorney general. But the case apparently floundered until this year.
“That is so incredibly disappointing and so painfully common,” Clohessy said.
Maurizio is in jail, awaiting a detention hearing Monday morning. He has said abuse allegations against him were a bogus plot by the Honduran government to thwart his charity work.
Maurizio's attorney, Steven Passarello, said the criminal complaint regurgitates allegations made five years ago after the priest's charity had a falling out with a local charity. He said children were bribed or coerced into making abuse allegations.
The ICE office wants to hear from any other possible victims. There is an online form to submit tips at www.ice.gov/exec/forms/hsi-tips/tips.asp and a toll-free tip line at 866-347-2423.

No, you do not get to define it yourselves.
Don't bother looking up their photos. They look like porn stars twenty years past their primes.
From the New York Post:
These Christian swingers like sharing Bible verses, sex partners
A Bible-thumping couple in Florida is changing the way people think about their faith — with a hookup website for devout Christian swingers!
Cristy Parave and her husband, Dean, are the unashamed bodybuilding Jesus lovers bringing couples together and introducing them to their wild lifestyle of swapping sex partners and Bible verses, Barcroft Media reports.
When the fitness gurus got sick of finding swingers online who couldn’t meet their standards, they decided to set up their own swinging network — FitnessSwingers.com. They have been touring the US ever since, meeting couples who want to join in and indulge in their holy promiscuity.
The couple first met at a bodybuilding competition, and simply don’t care what people say about their swinging. They firmly believe that despite their unfaithful marriages, the big guy upstairs doesn’t have a care in the world that they’re defiling their sacred vows.
“I don’t think God would be mad at what we are doing,” Cristy said. “At first I was conflicted, but the more we looked at it, the more it makes sense to us.”
The 44-year-old added that she felt mankind had been created to frolic and fornicate with one another.
“God put people on the Earth to breed and enjoy each other,” she told Barcroft. “I feel God is always with me and he has put us here for a reason.”
The hulking matchmakers have been together for seven years, according to Barcroft. They began their swinging escapades when the two met a brazen couple at Home Depot who blatantly asked them if they wanted to swing.
“I was so naive, I thought they were talking about swing dancing,” she said. “Afterwards we went home and looked it up online and it sounded exciting.”

Ian Richard Kyle Paisley, Requiescat in pace.
I have been struggling for a couple of weeks with this one, kiddies. The "reverend" Paisley was the worst kind of heretic, persecuting Christ's Church on earth in the most despicable ways and fomenting murderous violence against innocents. Yet, in the end, he did the right thing. Did he have a genuine change of heart or did he merely act out of selfish political interest? Only almighty God knows for sure, but whatever the reason, this fact is true: Paisley made peace instead of continuing sectarian war.
This is not an irrelevant history lesson, kiddies. This is really about the current and future wars within and against Islam. Please be patient and bear with me as your humble narrator dances in and out of Mr. Paisley's obituary.
From Washington's other newspaper:
Ian Paisley dies; Northern Ireland leader known for anti-Catholic rhetoric
Ian
Paisley, a Protestant minister and political agitator in Northern
Ireland whose incendiary rhetoric stoked anti-Catholic violence for
decades and who made a stunning late-career reversal that thrust him
into a power-sharing leadership role, died Sept. 12 in Belfast. He was
88.
Have you forgotten how evil Northern Ireland's "troubles" [nice euphemism for neighbor-on-neighbor murder, eh?] were? From the sick fucks of the murderous IRA hiding behind their professed "Catholicism" to the ignorant murderous Orange heretics who are their mirror image, to the feckless politicians, to the moronic English assholes who started it all, supposedly civilized Christians blew up and gunned down each other in the name of Jesus. May God have mercy on us all.
The death was announced by his wife. He had a history of heart ailments.
Rev. Paisley
became Northern Ireland’s co-leader in 2007 after entering an agreement
with Sinn Fein, the Catholic-led political arm of the outlawed militant
Irish Republican Army.
It was an unlikely alliance between two
parties that, for more than three decades of Northern Irish history,
were sworn enemies. That the partnership prevailed was largely owed to
Rev. Paisley, said former senator George J. Mitchell (D-Maine), who
served as the U.S. envoy to Northern Ireland in the 1990s.
“I
think he deserves credit for making possible the changes that have taken
place in Northern Ireland,” Mitchell said. “He did it through the force
of his personality and his intellect.”
Mitchell's an imbecile who wouldn't recognize true intellect if it bit him. [Sorry, but some digressions are necessary.]
Rev. Paisley
began his career in the 1950s as an evangelist minister with a fringe
congregation of a few dozen. Through his charisma and political acumen,
he became Northern Ireland’s most powerful politician and leader of its
largest party, the Democratic Unionist Party, which he helped establish
in 1971.
Representing Northern Ireland, he served in Britain’s
House of Commons for three decades starting in 1970 and was elected to
the European Parliament in 1979 with a record number of votes.
I don't much care about the differences between Shiites and Sunnis, though I'm sure both groups consider those differences as seriously as Catholics and Protestants consider theirs. Is there a Shiite Ian Paisley out there? How about a Sunni John Hume? Are there any Islamic David Trimbles?
At
6-foot-4 and 240 pounds, Rev. Paisley’s hulk and predilection for
vitriol made him an intimidating presence in Northern Ireland’s
political landscape. Whether from the pulpit or parliament, he was an
expert at sparking controversy. In Northern Ireland’s bloody history,
few figures were considered as divisive as Rev. Paisley.
He rose
to prominence in the 1960s at the start of “the Troubles,” in which
Northern Ireland was engulfed in sectarian violence between Catholics
and Protestants. The bloodshed lasted more than 30 years.
As a
staunch unionist, Rev. Paisley fought to keep Northern Ireland in the
United Kingdom and spoke vehemently against any proposals to integrate
the country with its southern neighbor, the Republic of Ireland, a
sovereign body composed of a Catholic majority.
And even if peace can be made inside Islam, what about Islam's war on Jews, Christians, other non-mohammedan religions, the West, freedom, representative government, women and girls, and modernity?
For decades,
Rev. Paisley had rejected any form of political compromise with Northern
Ireland’s Catholic minority and responded to calls for negotiations
with his signature war cry: “No surrender!”
A self-proclaimed
bigot, he once interrupted a speech by Pope John Paul II by calling the
pontiff the antichrist. He said he considered all Catholics to be
members of the Irish Republican Army, which he branded as a collective
of terrorists.
Although he preached against the use of
force in his church, his acidic words carried weight. On several
occasions, his sermons caused riots. Rev. Paisley was said to be the
target of multiple assassination attempts, and a sniper’s bullet once
penetrated his car and missed him by inches.
Now a few words from Sunshine, a girl from Mosul in Iraq who hasn't been able to post on her blog [Days of My Life] lately. [And it is not because she's too busy with soccer practice or violin lessons.]
Thursday, June 26, 2014
The situation in Mosul.
Please pray for Sunshine, her family, her friends, [both Shiite and Sunni] and all the decent people of the world who just want to be left the fuck alone so they can live their lives in peace.
Ian Richard Kyle Paisley was born April 6, 1926, in Armagh, Northern Ireland, the son of a Baptist minister. After high school, he worked as a farmer before entering the Protestant ministry. He was ordained in 1946.
Five years later, he splintered from the official Protestant ministry and formed his own congregation, the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster. Initially, his followers numbered barely more than a dozen. Yet his sermons, laden with salvos against the pope and the Catholic Church, quickly earned him mainstream recognition during a period of heightened sectarian tensions.
In response to his firebrand oratory, Northern Ireland’s official Presbyterian Church publicly disassociated itself from him. An astute handler of public affairs, he was able to turn his notoriety into power by packing his church’s pews to capacity. As his popularity grew, his sermon topics turned to matters of the state.
In 1963, he organized a march on the Belfast city hall to assail the government’s lowering of the flag after the death of Pope John XXIII. Later, he was jailed twice for unlawful assembly after marches he led turned into riots. Police regularly employed tear gas to disrupt his gatherings.
As the Troubles worsened, the streets of Belfast and beyond echoed with the explosions of car bombs and the cracks of gunshots. Rev. Paisley’s rabble-rousing antics and talent for demagoguery led him to be known as “the clergyman in jackboots.”
Today in Mosul...
ISIS militants publicly execute human-rights lawyer near her home in Mosul - Canada.com
He was also known as “Dr. No” for his obstinacy and an honorary doctorate he received in 1966 from South Carolina’s fundamentalist Bob Jones University. He continued to publish books with exclamatory titles such as “United Ireland — Never!” (1972) and “No Pope Here!” (1982).
Do you remember Najma Abdullah's blog "A Star From Mosul"? It's gone now. Her sister [HNK's blog] last posted on August 9:
A cry
You taught me to fight but mostly in vain.
I am alife,
Yes , My heart is beating
but my breath is stand still.
I lost the words to write about the pain of my country .
And how scared I was within it and how lost I am without.
I really can't express my feeling now but something inside me died with days and as I guess nothing could ever give me more hurt and pain than I already have.
# a person who are counting the days to have a call from the IOM to get an appointment for interview which simply may take a year or so till the IOM will decide whether I deserve to have a station in UN to start my life over again or not. That's include to study and certify my pharmacy degree over again !
# I am abviously have a chronic depression eposide and have no close person to talk to since all persons I know are already living their own tragedy.
# I lost my uncle in the middle of this.
# I lost *well all of us lost* the best historical and islamic mosque in Mosul due to ISIS attack.
I didn't only leave mosul, Mosul left me back, old memories, places and friends all left me. I am alone all alone.
In the 1990s, Rev. Paisley refused to participate in a U.S. effort led by the envoy Mitchell to craft a peace accord between the Catholics and Protestants of Northern Ireland. The agreement — meant to create a power-sharing executive position and foster positive relations between the two factions — called for a disarmament of militant groups, mainly the IRA.
We [the USA] don't have the stomach to kill all the bad guys - or at least enough of the bad guys to give the good guys a chance. We haven't since 1945. We were fortunate to outlast the Soviets. Perhaps, if the war comes to us, we will remember what war really is [and isn't]...but I won't hold my breath.
Rev. Paisley said he would not be party to any negotiations involving Sinn Fein. The document was completed without Rev. Paisley’s input and was later known as the Good Friday agreement, for the date in April 1998 it was signed.
For their work leading the talks that led to the Good Friday Agreement’s ratification, two moderate Northern Irish politicians, David Trimble of the Protestant Ulster Unionist Party and John Hume of the Catholic Social Democratic and Labor Party, received the 1998 Nobel Peace Prize.
But the award, and the peace agreement’s slow path to success, cost them politically. In 2003 elections, both parties lost majority status in the Northern Irish assembly.
The reversal of fortunes led Rev. Paisley’s party, the DUP, to become the biggest in the country. Sinn Fein also benefited by winning new seats in the Assembly to become the second-biggest party.
Mitchell said Rev. Paisley’s newfound power made him “instrumental in moving the peace process forward.”
“I think he became convinced that the last few years were better for the people he represented than a return to the conflicts of the past,” Mitchell said. “He made possible the full implementation of the full agreement. It couldn’t have happened without his involvement and leadership.”
By the early 2000s, the IRA began to put down its arms. The sectarian strife had killed an estimated 3,500 people.
The thaw in relations between Catholics and Protestants allowed Rev. Paisley to agree in 2007 to form an alliance with Sinn Fein, which was led by former IRA commando Martin McGuinness. The unlikely pair shared equal power of the country’s domestic affairs, with Rev. Paisley as first minister and McGuinness as deputy first minister.
"The thaw"??? Regular folks [those not sexually aroused by power, that is] have always just wanted to be left alone. I think my prod neighbors are hell-bound and all that, but that doesn't mean I blow all my leaves into their yard every autumn nor does it mean I rape and/or kill them for worshiping God incorrectly. I'm a pretty cool guy, but I am no soul's Judge. Get it?
“After a period of tough negotiations, it was my view that, provided our conditions were met, the overwhelming majority of the people of Northern Ireland wanted me to do the deal,” Rev. Paisley once said. “It was as simple as that.”
He stepped down as first minister in 2008 and began to retire from public life amid health problems. In 2010, he left the British House of Commons; his son, Ian Paisley Jr., won his seat.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, the former Eileen Cassells; five children; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
“Ian Paisley’s contribution to peace, after all the years of division and difference, was decisive and determinative,” former British prime minister Tony Blair said in 2008. “The man famous for saying no will go down in history for saying yes.”
Mr. Paisley now knows the truth, though I doubt he finds it to his liking. On the other hand, there are worse people who never do the right thing. The point, kiddies? Everyone always has a choice as long as they are drawing breath.
Every one of us.
Always.
Everywhere.
So use your God-given free will [even if you don't believe in it] and choose to do the right thing. If you are uncertain about what that might be, start as Hippocrates did and do no harm.
May God have mercy on all our souls...because we really need it.

- First of all, the word is SEX, not GENDER. If you are ever tempted to use the word GENDER, don't. The word is SEX! SEX! SEX! SEX! For example: "My sex is male." is correct. "My gender is male." means nothing. Look it up. What kind of sick neo-Puritan nonsense is this? Idiot left-fascists, get your blood-soaked paws off the English language. Hence I am choosing "male" under protest.
