Nikolai Volkoff Update.

The Repansycan about to be upset by former wrestling great Nikolai Volkoff speaks.

From the Towson Times:

Rick Impallaria isn't one to hold his tongue.

The Republican delegate from Essex was elected to his first term in 2002 and says his constituents expect him to speak his mind.

"There's a culture of 'keep your mouth shut' in Annapolis," said Impallaria, who represents the 7th District. "I'm like the little girl in the fairy tale who said the king isn't wearing any clothes."

Ummm...yeah...That pretty much clinches it for me.
