Please, please, please, PLEASE, stop using the word "surreal".

From athletes to actors and actresses, from politicians to plebes, everyone is wringing the very meaning out of poor little "surreal".

It is a perfectly fine little word, but it is being worn out by overuse and soon will be dead unless all of us have pity on it and try using some of its synonyms below.

"Freakish", anyone?
