Is Jennifer Love Hewitt a little strapped for cash these days? The actress has not only listed her house for sale in lovely Toluca Lake, Calif. -- she's also renting out another one of her properties right down the street.
The first property is a pretty six-bedroom, six-bathroom traditional on sale for
$2.895 million.
It's a very sweet-looking home, if not overly feminine (check out that
powder-pink wallpaper with floral borders), and
sits on a leafy quarter-acre.
The second property, which sits on the shores of Toluca Lake, is a
little more modern and chic, though smaller. The Spanish-style home has
four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and it boasts a pool, spa and
lakefront dock. J. Love is leasing it for
$12,600 a month. To sweeten the deal, she's also throwing in use of her power boat and kayaks to the future tenants. Not bad.
