WTOP: Little Talk of Tax Cuts in Md. Even With Big Budget Surplus
It's an election year and Maryland is running a budget surplus of more than $1 billion. But one-third of the way through the 2006 legislative session and there's still little talk of tax cuts.
I hope my tiny contribution will help in some way. But honestly, people, why don't you just move?
