WSB-TV: Nagin Says God Wants New Orleans To Be Mostly Black
Mayor Ray Nagin says a rebuilt New Orleans will be mostly black because, "It's the way God wants it to be."
Well, Ray, when Hiterly's PMS Putsch succeeds you can be named Secretary of Miscegenation. You will have to compete with the Eugenics Czar for funds, but a bright fellow like you should do just fine.
Are you shooting for a dark chocolate or a milk chocolate look for New New Orleans? Am I safe in ruling out white chocolate?
