Have you ever searched Amazon for an item, say a relatively obscure book, found it, then went back a couple of days later to buy it and found the price had risen by a couple of dollars? The same thing happens if you block cookies and use an anonymous browser.
Does the search activity automatically trigger a price increase? It has happened enough times to be more than coincidental...
