A historic fifth heavyweight title would have made a nice present for Evander Holyfield's 45th birthday.That was before unbeaten WBO beltholder Sultan Ibragimov blew out the candles on Holyfield's firepower, retaining his title with a unanimous decision but failing to convince boxing's only four-time heavyweight champ that it's time to consider retirement.
