AP: Slow going on global warming report
Scientists and government officials are falling far behind in their attempts to come up with an authoritative report on global warming — but not because of major disagreements among more than 100 nations and dozens of scientists.
Of course there is no disagreement. That is what happens when you only invite people who agree with you.
The Christian Science (Heehee!) Monitor: Has the White House interfered on global warming reports?
More than 120 scientists across seven federal agencies say they have been pressured to remove references to "climate change" and "global warming" from a range of documents, including press releases and communications with Congress. Roughly the same number say appointees altered the meaning of scientific findings on climate contained in communications related to their research.
Political opinion should be removed from the documents of scientists, especially those who live off the taxpayers blood, sweat, and tears. Think of it as peer review for Heat Nazis who thought they could avoid it.
