VFW FIRE DESTROYS PACKAGES MEANT FOR TROOPS:
Over the past few months, the Glastonbury, Connecticut VFW and Curves for Women sorted, packed, and shipped donated items for the Marines of Charlie Company on the front lines in Fallujah, Iraq. This past Sunday the a fire destroyed all of the cases of goodies and enclosed letters to the troops that were ready to be shipped to Iraq.
