Albright, who served under President Clinton, said "the message out of Iraq is the wrong one.''

"The message out of Iraq is that if you don't have nuclear weapons, you get invaded. If you do have nuclear weapons, you don't get invaded,'' she said after an investors' conference in Moscow.

I don't remember ol' King Goober II invading either country. Of course, it would have been impolite for them to take out the commie Koreans, considering the fact Goober gave them the Bomb in the first place.

Anyway, we now know where at least one of Goober II's testicles ended up.
