It seems Saddam is really a shy teen with bad acne and self-esteem problems.
NYT: Saddam Hussein, Misunderstood An article in Foreign Affairs concludes that Saddam Hussein's decision to try to cooperate with U.N. inspectors helped convince the West that he was hiding weapons of mass destruction.
