Ian is obviously a man of taste and class. He likes The Pogues and Intellectuals by Paul Johnson (How about Walt Whitman's butterfly ring? He would so fit in on Oprah's show.) and who can argue with those choices? So what is he doing wasting his time in my idiot corner of Bloggerdom? Beats me, but I do appreciate it.
I suspect he is somewhere south of orthodoxy, (Instant Review: John Calvin is icky.) but that is ok for the purposes of this blog. I heartily embrace the concept of politically friendly forces.
