Luckily, they are easy to spot. (See if you can find two members of the Journal Sentinel editorial board hidden in this post, kiddies.)
Alternately, you can simply look for people who drool while babbling in the following way.
In an editorial arguing for "diversity" on the U.S. Supreme Court after the nomination yesterday of Samuel Alito, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel suggested Justice Clarence Thomas doesn't count as a black.
The daily's editorial board, lamenting the choice of a man to replace Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, opined today: "In losing a woman, the court with Alito would feature seven white men, one white woman and a black man, who deserves an asterisk because he arguably does not represent the views of mainstream black America."
The paper said the Alito nomination is "troubling" because "it's liable to divide America" and "it lessens the extent to which the court mirrors the nation's rich diversity." (Thanks to WorldNetDaily for the heads up.)
Needless to say, each member of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel editorial board only counts as three-fifths of a human.
Think you can see why I have not read the JS for years? I did when it was just the Milwaukee Sentinel. Never read the Journal. Now, they are united...and I read it not.
