I would tend to second those thoughts. They have become too big for their own good. They should think about spinning off parts of the company.
Speaking as a stockholder, albeit a small one, I think more drastic action is necessary. Like cutting out the fat.
The Forbes article describes a bloated bureaucracy getting in the way of innovation, which is death for company growth.
Bill, layoff a whole bunch of the guys who don't have any new ideas, and stop pushing contraception on poor people who don't look like you.
