Noticeably absent from this piece is the word “adoption” despite 7% of Russian couples who are unable to have children.
Glad to see someone else is paying attention to this story. It's tragic.
Also, it makes clear that convenience is the sole rationale for the abortions - not incest, rape, or health concerns as the American media will have you believe.

His looks like a good blog, kiddies. You should check it out. I was a bit concerned when I noticed he likes "mafia movies" (Not in my neighborhood, the Little Italy section of Bloggerville, pal. In the immortal words of Victor Buono, "What you don't know can hurt you a whole lot." ) and films made by the idiot Coen brothers. But how could I hate a guy who likes The Clash, The Jam, The Ramones, Johnny Cash, and Elvis?
